Returns & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Scout Equipment Co. That's why we accept returns or exchanges of goods that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with the tags attached up to 90 days after the purchase date. If you would like to make a return or exchange please contact customer service at info@scoutequipment.co to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) and follow the steps below: 

  1. Contact info@scoutequipment.co for your Return Authorization number.
  2. Include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the RA# written at the top.
  3. Repackage the item/s in the original or similar packaging and mail via USPS to
Scout Equipment Co.

Please note that Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. Also, we are not able to pay for return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your credit card statement after we've receive your return.
